ASA has more than 10 years experience of constant
improvement in the manufacture of oil seals. We are expert in
tool design and production and welcome R&D projects. All aspects
of oil seal manufacturing from inspection of materials, testing
of samples, compression molding through packaging are done in-house.
We follow the quality control standards as per our ISO certification,
but will meet your higher standard of a 100% inspection. It is
our goal to protect you and your customer with the highest quality
possible, so that we might maintain a long term relationship. |

Once production quantity prices have been agreed upon, we will
produce sample so that your company can be assured of our quality.

Should a quality control mistake happen, we will be responsible
and give your company the fastest service possible in providing
corrected parts at our expense. |

We will provide free ASTM 2000 elastomer test reports and provide
free slabs and bottons for your independent testing. |
